I went to this dealership in great hopes of getting a car. We recently sold our old car to a junk yard due to a failed transmission and it would cost us more money to fix. So we decided it was time to get a new car. I’ve came here years ago for my sister who purchased a car from here. She recommended us to go to West Cost Toyota Dealership because they helped her get a car. Let me just say I have bad credit and I went in with only $1000 cash and I was worried that it wouldn’t be enough. Fast forward I left the dealership with a car 😊. It was all thanks to Linh Le, Hassame and Megan!! These 3 went above and beyond out of there way to help me and my family of 3. We were so desperate to get a car but had low hopes of walking out with one. But these 3 made it happened and before I went I prayed to God to please help and bless us with a car today and he sent these 3 angels to me and my family and for that I am forever grateful for them. So if you are in need of a car ask for any of these 3 and I bet you they will go above and beyond for you too. May I add the environment is clean and peaceful and we were out of there within 3 hours. We purchased and bring our Toyota 4RUNNER here to this location. The service department is patient, helpful and informative. This is important to me as taking care of a car is expensive and vital. We are willing to pay for service at this dealer due to the customer service. About 6 years ago that wasn't the case at this location and we had stopped coming. A special brought us back and an entire new team. ✨️ Way to go on the changes.

I wanted to say thanks to Michael who sold me this car in 2017. It had 36k when I got it and now it’s at 237k. I’ve been keeping up with the services so it’s good. Really reliable car, engine and transmission are still in good shape. Corollas are amazing cars💙 Btw if you can, just service the car yourself. The dealer takes forever for an oil change. You could just find a mechanic to do these services. Also, if you do a transmission service save yourself the headache and get the OEM gasket from the dealer trust me. I’ve used other parts and they either fail or leak after 2 weeks.

I do oil change only. A few times, I received a coupon that was not expensive, around $60. Recently, I asked for a coupon and paid $93 with 10% off discount provided by Toyota. Better with a coupon online, even with someone else! Scion XB 2012.

The service here is very good and people is nice, except for Adam Briseno who is very rude, descorteous and no nice to the long time customers like me

110% RECOMMEND this Toyota Dealership! Thank you Jay in service for being so awesome! Also, thank you Leslie for your help! You both deserve a bonus for sure. Even Francisco was awesome when I picked up the truck (they left the keys with the manager because I came after service closed and they knew I had a little bit of a drive. Thank you for that!) and Gary “Mr Bother Me” was so awesome and friendly as soon as we walked in! If I don’t get back in the business and need a vehicle or have referrals, I’ll be sending! I worked at GMC and then Toyota dealers myself for total of 7 years so I definitely can tell the difference in dealerships when I walk in, and this dealer is absolutely different. You won’t regret it and i really believe they will take care of you. Unfortunately I had some issues with my Tacoma. The wheel bearing busted and my wheel and tire came off the drivers side as I exit the freeway. Such a stressful situation and i was so upset and overwhelmed. I got my truck towed to nearest dealer which happened to be West Coast Toyota and I am so grateful. I was ready to deal with a pain in the you know what dealership and got the opposite experience. Walked in and Jay welcomed us with a smile and assured us they would get everything taken care of. Jay and Leslie let me know what needed to be done and what was recommended maintenance…(Leslie covered for Jay when he was off so I was still being helped) though it is obviously their job to make themselves, the techs and the dealer more money, they were not pushy about anything like the usual dealers are. Jay kept in contact with updates along the way and Leslie when Jay had his days off. Any info I wanted they sent over no problem and even sent photos over of parts that needed replaced when I questioned it (and they were definitely correct LOL) Sent over the invoice and list of things that needed done, didn’t hide ANYTHING and didn’t get weird about anything. Answered any questions no problem. When I picked my truck up everyone was so nice! My truck was exactly how it was when I dropped it off, nothing messy or weird. (I’ve seen vehicles get returned to customers that are just filthy and not right) It took a couple weeks to get everything done on my truck given waiting on me to get the replacement wheel to them and parts that needed to be ordered. They also did all the recalls my truck had. I forgot to ask for an oil change but I think I might drive the hour to keep my business with this Toyota and have them do it! Thank you all for being awesome! I’m so glad I accidentally found you guys, even though the situation for me wasn’t fun LOL It’s so important these days to find places, especially dealerships, that you can trust and know you will not be messed around. Especially when it comes to unexpected repairs and anything for your vehicle. Customer for life (I’ll even make the drive) & any referrals I have in the area I will send your way guys! So I went to this location hoping to look at and purchase a certain model of the 2023 Rav4 LE, after speaking to a Mr Jose Juarez. Well, upon arrival, I was informed that Mr Juarez , not only unavailable, but also SOLD the make and model of the Rav4 that he had promised would be on hold for me that day. When entering the facility, I was greeted by Ricky, a salesman, who not only heard my frustrations about the unprofessional situation, but promised to also help make up for the mishap. We then sat down at his desk, and he offered not only myself and my wife, but my 2 kids, ice cold water , on a very hot day. After going over some questions on make an models, his associate , Mr Aldo Avalos, came over and took over the sale. Well, after a pretty extensive search , along with helping find something within the budget , we were able to acquire a specific model, along with an alternate color , however it was at a lot at Culver City. Mr Ricky, went head and took a drive out there, picked up my car, in RUSH HOUR TRAFFIC, got back to Long Beach, showed it to us, got it detailed and ready for us to take home. Mr Ricky and Mr Avalos , were both very professional, very HONEST and VERY accommodating. To get paperwork signed and ready Mr. Francisco Mejia, helped not only get the paperwork ready in a timely manner, but was extensively clear and detailed to explain any an all areas we were unfamiliar with. In the end, he was able to help us with getting our finances ready and set for the new vehicle. To be honest, these men are truly amazing and we are so grateful for their work, honesty, and dedication to helping resolve a situation that was already bad to start with. I recommend this dealership!

Took my wife's 2013 Prius in for the Toyota Customer Support Program for the Blizzard Pearl paint that was peeling off from the panels. Jaime and Jay took care of us every step of the way. Said it would take two weeks for it to be complete and it was done in 11 days! They work with Manufacturer Certified Collision Center in Rancho Dominguez and they did fantastic work to the car. It looks brand new! But, there is a spot on the hood I let Jay know about. He called up Jordan at the collision center and Jordan told me to have my wife take it in any time next week and they'll take care of it. Overall, if I was in the market for a new car or have to get service done, I would definitely take it to West Coast Toyota.

Cannot say enough about this dealership. From Maria staying on top of the car arriving at the Port and arriving at the dealership. To picking us up at the long Beach airport and being greeted by most of her team members at the door. Checking out was pretty quick and off we went to drive home to Sacramento. If we lived in the area we would be back!

Everything went very well for visit. The only thing was that my car was guaranteed to be done in only two hours, so I waited around. After 2 hours had passed, I went up front to check on the Eta of my car, and I think it may already have been done because it didn't take them long to get it. But no one notified me. Other than that, everything went well!
